Store

Where is the store located?

We're an online store based in Wolli Creek, Sydney. We deliver Australia-wide.

Can I come in and try outfits on?

We don't offer try-ons at the moment. Our outfits use Australian sizing with adjustable hooks, so the sizing guide should help you find the right fit. If you're unsure, message us.

I really like an outfit. Can I buy it instead of renting?

Yes. Depending on the outfit, we may be able to sell it at a reduced price. Get in touch and we'll let you know.

I have an outfit I want to sell. Do you buy from customers?

No. We source all our outfits directly and have specific design and sizing requirements (for example, our blouses have multiple hooks to fit different sizes), so we don't buy from customers.

Rentals, bonds, and extended hire

Can I rent for more than 3 days?

Yes. There's a small weekly fee for extended rentals. Message us and we'll sort it out.

Can I take the outfit overseas?

Yes. We also offer extended rental periods for international travel. Let us know your dates and we'll work something out.

What is the rental bond?

We charge a $100 bond per outfit to make sure it comes back in good condition. The bond is refunded once we receive the outfit back undamaged.

I returned the outfit. When do I get my bond back?

We process the refund as soon as we receive the outfit and check it over. It usually takes a few business days to show up in your account, depending on your bank.

Where does the $100 bond get refunded to?

The same card or account you used to pay.

Shipping and returns

Do you ship to my area?

If Australia Post delivers there, we do too. We ship anywhere in Australia, including express.

Do you ship internationally?

No. International shipping costs are too high to make it practical for our customers.

What are the shipping costs?

Pickup from Wolli Creek: free. Local delivery (Sydney region): $10. Australia-wide standard: $15. Australia-wide express: $20.

What's the refund policy?

If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, email us within 90 days and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.

What date should I pick as the delivery date?

Pick the date you want to receive the outfit. Since deliveries are handled by Australia Post, we recommend choosing a day before your event to allow for any delays.

When do I need to return the outfit?

Three business days after your selected delivery date. If the outfit arrives early, the return date doesn't change — it's still based on the delivery date you chose at checkout.
