Where is the store located?
We're an online store operating from Wolli Creek, NSW. However, we do offer delivery Australia wide.
Can I come-in and try some outfits?
Sure. We run fitting sessions every week. You can book a fitting session from our homepage.
I really like an outfit. Can I buy instead of hiring it?
Yes, you definately can. Depending on the outfit, you may be able to buy for reduced price. Please get in touch with us if you're interested in buying an outfit instead of hiring one.
I have an outfit that I want to sell. Can I sell it to you?
Unfortunately, we don't buy outfits from customers. We have strict design and quality standards that are unique to our business. For example, our blouses have multiple hooks to cater different sizes.
Rentals, holding fees and extended rentals
Can I hire for more than 3 days?
Yes, you can. There's a small fee for every week you hire the outfit for. Please get in touch with us if you want to hire an outfit for more than 3 days.
Can I take the outfit internationally?
You sure can. We also offer outfits to be hired for longer than three days if you require them for international travel.
What is the Rental Bond?
To ensure that customers return our outfits damage-free back to us, we charge a $100 bond per outfit. This bond is refunded to you once we receive the outfit back in good condition.
I returned the outfit. When will I get my bond back?
We refund the bond immediately after receiving the outfit back and running a quality assurance check. However, depending on the bank and our service provider, it may take few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Where is to $100 holding bond refunded?
The holding fee is refunded on the same bank account that you used to make the purchase.
Shipping and Returns
Do you ship to my location?
We ship Australia wide. If you live in a location that is covered by Australia Post, we can ship to you. We also offer express shipping to all parts of Australia.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we don't ship internationally. The cost of shipping internationally is uneconomical for our customers.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer multiple shipping options. Pickup from our shop is free. Local delivery within sydney region is a flat $10. Australia wide delivery with AusPost is $15 and AusPost Express delivery is $20.
What is your refund policy?
If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, email us within 90 days and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
What date should I select as the delivery date?
The delivery date should be the date that you want to receive the outfit. However, since the deliveries are handled by external courier provider, we recommend selecting a day in advance to ensure that any unexpected delays from our courier partners.
When should I return the outfit?
Outfits should be returned three business days after the delivery date you select during checkout. Depending on the courier service, you may receive outfits earlier than the delivery date you select. In this case, the return date will still remain 3 days after the delivery date you selected during checkout.
