Sizing guide

How our sizing works

Our outfits have different parts depending on what you're renting. Here's how sizing works for each.

Lehengas and sarees

These have two parts: a skirt and a blouse.

The skirt is one size fits all. It has a drawstring tie and a zipper, so you tighten or loosen it to fit your waist.

The blouse is where sizing matters. Our blouses are based on Australian top sizes (4–14) and come with multiple hook attachments so you can adjust the fit up or down within a size range.

Kurtis

A kurti is a longer top that covers the back and belly, paired with salwar (loose-fitting trousers that taper at the ankle). It's lighter and more comfortable than a lehenga or saree, and works for both formal and casual events.

Kurti tops use the same sizing as our blouses, Australian sizes 4–14 based on bust measurement. Use the size chart below.

The salwar is one size fits all, with a drawstring waist.

Size chart

This chart applies to blouses (lehengas/sarees) and kurti tops.

How to pick your size

Go by your Australian top size. If you're between sizes, here's a quick guide:

  • Cup size C or smaller: go with the lower size (e.g. if you're an 8C, pick size 6/8)
  • Cup size D or larger: go with the higher size (e.g. if you're an 8D+, pick size 8/10)

The hooks on the blouse give you room to adjust, so you don't need to be exact.

What if it doesn't fit? (local pickup only)

If you pick up from us and the blouse doesn't fit right, reach out within 3 hours of pickup and we'll swap it for a different size.

Blouse slightly too big? A safety pin on the back can tighten it up. Here's a quick video showing how.

Blouse too small? Contact us within 3 hours of pickup and we'll swap it for a larger size.
