How renting works
Here's the full process from picking an outfit to getting your bond back.
1. Pick an outfit
Browse our collection and find something you like.
2. Choose your delivery date
When you add an outfit to your cart, you'll pick a delivery date. Choose a date 1–2 days before your event so you have time to try it on.
For example: if your event is on the 15th of May, pick the 13th or 14th as your delivery date.
How long can I keep it?
You get the outfit for 3 days from the delivery date. You need to return it on the 4th day.
In the example above, you'd return it by the 17th of May. Here's what the calendar looks like on our website:
3. Pickup or delivery
You choose during checkout:
- Pickup (free): Collect from 95 Bonar Street, Wolli Creek. We'll place the outfit at the gate and send you a photo about an hour before your selected pickup time. If you need an urgent pickup (less than 24 hours notice), text us first.
- Delivery ($10–$15): We ship via Australia Post. Cost depends on your location.
4. Complete checkout
Finish the checkout to confirm your booking. The outfit is secured for you once the order is placed.
5. Collection preference (pickup customers only)
After booking, we'll send you a form via email or text so you can select your pickup or drop-off preference. This doesn't apply if you chose delivery.
6. Wear it
Enjoy the outfit. No limits on what you do in it, just be careful with food and drink. If there's damage we can't fix with stitching or dry cleaning, we may need to charge extra.
Do I need to clean it before returning?
No. Send it back as-is. We handle the dry cleaning.

Share the tracking number with us via live chat once you've posted it.
We only count business days for returns. If your rental ends on a Friday, posting it back on Monday is fine.

Return pickup ($10):
We occasionally pick up from suburbs near Wolli Creek for $10. Message us on live chat or text if you'd like this.
8. Bond refund
Your bond is refunded to the same card or account you paid with. You'll get an email when it's released. It usually takes 1–2 weeks to show up in your account. If you haven't received it two weeks after we've got the outfit back, get in touch.
