Rental and Return Process
Explore Chari Clothing's delivery, pickup, and return options and everything involved in our delivery process! We'll send stylish outfits straight to your door, no matter where you are in Australia.
Step 1: Pick an outfit
Choose from our wonderful collection to find the outfit that best suits you!
Step 2: Select the date
Pick the delivery date when adding the outfit to the cart. For example: if the event is on the 15th of May, delivery date can be 13th/14th of May.
Till when can I keep the outfit?
The outfit can be kept from the delivery day +3 days, hence you will have to return it on the 4th day.

Step 3: Outfit Pickup or Delivery
We offer the option to either pickup the outfit from Wolli Creek or have it delivered to you. These options are available during checkout process.
Pickup is free of cost and delivery charges are based on your location (usually $10 - $15). Please contact us via text if you require an urgent pickup which is less than 24hours.
Pickup address is 95 Bonar Street, Wolli Creek. The oufit will be placed at the gate for you to collect and we will share a pickup picture ~an hour before your selected pickup time.
Step 4: Outfit Booking
Please complete the checkout process successfully.
Step 5: Outfit Collection Preference
After your booking, you will receive an outfit collection preference form either via email or via text from us so you can select your pickup/drop off preference. (This will not be sent for customers who choose outfit to be delivered).
Step 6: At the event
There are no limits when it comes to outfits. Just remember not to spill any wine or food that could ruin the clothes. If there's any damage we can't fix with stitching or dry cleaning, we might have to charge you extra!
Do I need to clean the outfit?
No, cleaning prior to returning the outfit is not required.
Step 7: Outfit Return
We offer two ways to return the outfit to us:
Via Post:
We only account for business days as return days if you are going to post the outfit back to us. For example, if your rental period ends on friday, feel free to post it back on Monday and share the delivery tracker to us using our live chat.
Via drop off:
Drop offs can be done to 95 Bonar Street, Wolli Creek 2205 NSW. You are welcome to drop off 24/7. Simply pop the bag next to the metal gate and send a drop off picture to contact number: 0426 678 990

Return Pickup:
We occasionally do offer return pickups for suburbs near Wolli creek for a pickup cost of $10. Please contact us via our live chat or text if you wish to have the outfit picked up from your address.
Step 8: Bond Refund
The bond will be refunded back to you onto the same card/account that you paid with. You will receive an email notification once the bond is released and it takes about 1-2weeks for the account to show up on your end. Feel free to contact us if you do not receive your bond back two weeks after the outfit has reached us.
