Delivery and return policy
Your rental date is 14 September 2026 and with the 3 day rental option, your return date would be 17 September 2026.
Please note that weekends or public holidays are excluded from the 3 day rental period. The calendar does not reflect this correctly but be assured that we take this into account when processing your order.
Finally, to cater for shipping times and peace of mind, we recommend choosing a rental day at least 1 day before your event.
Shipping policy
Delivery usually takes around a week to reach your door anywhere in Australia. For shipping within a week, we recommend express shipping as it usually takes around 2–3 days.
Bond policy
To maintain quality, we charge a $100 bond. We swiftly return the bond to you once we receive the outfit back in good condition.
We do not charge extra for normal wear and tear or dry cleaning. The bond is to cover any potential significant damage or loss of the outfit.

It arrives ready to wear
Posted Australia-wide to land before the event, with the return satchel inside.

Post it back, that's it
Drop the satchel at any post box within three days. Cleaning is on us — never wash it yourself.
